2. Complimentary call
A 15-minute call to figure out what you need and what level of video production support is most appropriate and cost-effective for you depending on your rough budget.

3. Video strategy & quote
This paid strategy session focuses on detailing what you need and determining what type of video content suits your budget and needs best followed by a quote for the completed work.
It may involve rough scripting of your content and should leave everyone clear on what to expect from the remainder of the production process.

4. Pre-production
Pre-production is vital for a smooth video production process. Script and finalise the idea that will be being brought to life. Organise and plan any physical shooting required or (if you are providing your own footage) advise on the best practice for supplying footage to be edited.

5. Filming
At this point, any filming that is required will take place. This could be a large-scale location shoot with a crew right down to you filming yourself using a phone camera. Both require planning and organisation to be a success.

6. Editing
Once your footage is created it’s time to review it and then the edit can begin and your video content can finally take shape. Having a solid plan in the pre-production phase ensures that the edit will come out the way you imagined.
Editing usually happens in several stages with intermittent feedback from you. -
7. Additional Post-production
Simultaneous to the edit, if required, music, voice-overs, text, captions and any animated content will be added and reviewed.

8. Feedback & revisions
Once the first edit is done there will be an opportunity for a pre-agreed number of feedback rounds and time spent on revisions to bring the best out of the final video.

9. Archival & deliverables
Once the video has been signed off the final video files will be created for whichever platforms you are uploading to and sent to you.
The project files will be backed up and can be handed over and/or stored on an archive drive for future access. -

Simply uploading content to an online platform doesn’t guarantee it will be seen.
